    At REX, William is responsible for developing electrical design on multiple projects, including establishing criteria and standards, preparing calculations, reports, project drawings, and specifications. He collaborates with clients, architects, and contractors to provide appropriate, cost-effective, and coordinated solutions and participates in business development efforts.

    William has over 25 years of Electrical Engineering design experience in projects involving the design of new construction, improvement and modernization of industrial, commercial, hospitality, and theme park facilities. His work involves power distribution, lighting and system control design, and applying NEC and California Title 24 Energy Codes.

    He has extensive knowledge with verification and surveys, single line diagram, panel and dimmer schedule, branch circuit and feeder calculation, lighting photometric and lighting control drawings, switchboard, transformer and dimmer load calculation, generating schematics, conduit and wire sizing, emergency and auxiliary power systems, egress lighting. In addition, William provided technical expertise during construction, provided bid review/analysis; responded to and reviewed RFIs, submittals, and change requests.

    William graduated from California State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, and he is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California.
