    Matthew is a seasoned structural and civil engineer with completed projects built across the globe spanning from Chicago to China. He is also a co-author of several publications regarding the seismic response of steel structures.

    At REX, Matthew manages the Structural Engineering team, mentors junior engineers, and conducts quality reviews of projects. He is the project lead on multiple structural engineering projects, engaged throughout the design process from establishing criteria and standards, developing project drawings and specifications, preparing reports, and responding to RFIs and submittals. Additionally, Matthew is hands-on, collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and trade partners to provide coordinated, cost-effective solutions.
