They join a team of structural engineers with a decade of experience working on a variety of building types, budgets, and heights.

James "Jim" Pawlikowski, SE, LEED AP
Principal, Director of Engineering
Jim is a licensed structural engineer with a master’s degree in architecture and recently named a fellow at the University of Illinois School of Architecture.
His A/E background and decades of experience engineering complex and super tall structures at SOM gives architects the ability to make their designs a reality.
