Sherwin Williams Distribution Center

REX Engineering Group’s Structural & MEP Engineering teams partnered with REX Construction Services on this Design-Build project for the Sherwin Williams Distribution Center in Waco, TX. The project includes a 200,000 SF expansion to the existing facility. The building has a concrete tilt wall, steel joist, and deck shell with a “Superflat ”slab on grade to accommodate a robotic automated storage system. Scope of the work includes site work, excavation/conditioned soils, site utilities, paving/concrete curbs, concrete, masonry, truck dock lifts/shelters, fire sprinklers- ESFR/Rack Sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
