Georgia Tech – Science Square Labs

Phase 1 of a redevelopment project at Science Square, formerly known as Technology Enterprise Park, in Atlanta, GA. This phase focused on Science Square Labs, a mixed-use 14-story tower offering Class A lab/R&D and office space. The tower features exterior terraces and an amenity deck. The Connection Engineering team at REX provided connection engineering, stair engineering, and miscellaneous engineering packages for Science Square Labs.
