Project Details
New construction of a 37,000 SF welcome center for the Elmwood Park Zoo with exhibit space, a gift shop, an animal hospital, and administrative offices. The Connection Engineering team at REX provided engineering calculations and shop drawing review for structural steel shear, moment, and bracing connections in the new facility.
