Project Details
New 6-story commercial building at the corner of Broadway and Spring Street in the Soho district of New York City. The building houses 5 stories of tenant offices above ground floor retail. The design of the building evokes the character of the existing neighborhood, utilizing a terra cotta rain screen and glass curtain wall façade system which reflects the ornate detailing and window wall ratio of the surrounding cast iron buildings.
