This project includes the renovation of an existing commercial office tower into an adaptive reuse containing both commercial and multi-family residential; the area of the MEP scope is approximately 527,000 SF. The building is an existing 19-story office tower that will be converted into a 20-story residential building. Floors 19 and 20 contain penthouse units with the 20th floor and 2nd floor having mezzanines within each unit. On top of the building is a rooftop amenity space with a pool, dog run, and cabanas.
