Please note this is a Hybrid position- 3 days in office and 2 work from home days.
Candidate will work within a team of engineers.
The Senior Business Development Representative will work within our Business Development Team. This position will report to our Vice President of Business Development. In this role you will provide a critical and active role in the day-to-day operations and you will help spearhead our growth.
Responsibilities
- Work closely and collaboratively to develop and implement appropriate strategies and plans collaborate with Marketing team to implement pre-determined sales strategy in HubSpot Marketing Plan
- Prospect developers and architects and work with engineering to submit quotes.
- Directly reach out to high level prospects for initial contact
- Rank prospects in HubSpot based on Marketing Qualifying System, begin sequence campaign reach out to clients using Bomb Bomb
- Participate in high level quote preparation and delivery to prospects and clients Serve as liaison with architects and business owners and developers.
- Manage database and qualify prospects, in addition to submitting new prospects within HubSpot
- Follow Up on Quotes
- Participate in weekly BD Meetings for MEP Engineering Group
- Collect data on lost jobs/quotes.
- Produce report monthly on lost jobs, revenue, reasons Grow annually in sales responsibilities.
- Other BD tasks as required.
Requirements
- College Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of sales and or marketing experience
- Must be self-motivated with excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Familiar with CRM practices, along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills Business communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
Salary
$85,000
